This notice explains how personal data is handled on the BINAI website and when you contact us. BINAI is a fully conceived system awaiting development. This website does not operate a BINAI app, sensor network or customer platform.

2. Visiting this website
We use Wix.com Ltd., Israel, and its service providers to host and deliver this website. Technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and access times may be processed to deliver content, maintain availability and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, accessible website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Wix may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in Israel and the United States. Wix describes its transfer arrangements, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable, in its privacy policy. Information about recipients is available in the Wix sub-processor list.
3. Necessary services and privacy preferences
This website version is configured for technically necessary services. Optional visitor analytics, advertising pixels and campaign tracking are not used. Necessary cookies and similar technologies support site security, content delivery and the storage of privacy preferences.
We manage privacy preferences through our own BINAI interface and Wix’s cookie controls. All optional cookie categories are off by default. Open “Cookies” in the footer at any time and use “Necessary only” to reset previous permissions. Wix stores the cookie selection. In addition, the necessary cookie “binai_privacy_v1”, together with a local browser preference, stores for up to six months that the notice has been shown. It appears automatically only on the first visit while this preference is stored. This does not grant consent to optional cookies. This preference data contains no contact or advertising data. This feature does not use an additional external banner provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable management of privacy preferences under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(c) where a legal obligation applies.
4. Contact, funding and partnerships
When you contact us, we process the contact details and message content you provide to respond and discuss your request. For steps you request before entering a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, including professional partnership discussions, it is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing information is voluntary; we need a way to reply if you want a response.
Links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp open external services. Their providers process data under their own privacy notices when you use those services. You can contact us by email instead.
5. Retention
We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Legal retention obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of claims may require longer storage. Technical and preference data are retained according to their purpose and the applicable provider settings. We do not apply a single blanket retention period to every type of data.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for the future without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to info@lolekbolek.at. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
7. Updates
We update this notice when website services or processing purposes change.
